When did the Master Program Initiate?

Kadir Has University, Master’s Program in “Computational Biology and Bioinformatics” was established in the Graduate School for Science and Engineering, in 2009-2010 fall. 20 students have been graduated from the program so far.

Application process:

Kadir Has University, Master’s Program for “Computational Biology and Bioinformatics” with Thesis, accepts student from Turkey and abroad, grad from related sciences (Biology, Molecular Biology and Genetics, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science etc.). The education is entirely in English. We do not have a Master’s program without thesis.

The candidates should fill in the online application form and bring the requested documents together with their resume (CV) and statement of purpose (SOP) personally or send via cargo to “Kadir Has Üniversitesi, Cibali Kampüsü”. The candidates to pass the preliminary selection will be invited for an interview (could be carried out online as well). Candidates with lab experience, and any contribution to publications are especially encouraged to apply.

We offer different types of scholarships; depending on the BSc GPA (License Grades’ Average), English level and motivation.
